BUCHAREST CHRISTIAN ACADEMY MOTTO
"So that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe as you hold out the word of life.” Philippians 2:15-16

Dear Friends,

As you are aware, there are many opportunities to serve refugees fleeing Ukraine within bordering countries. Bucharest Christian Academy has been asked to help by educating the children of international workers fleeing Ukraine. Many families are now coming into Romania with no immediate plan to leave. They are reorienting in our city – in long term transition until they are able to establish themselves someplace else. BCA’s admin team quickly met and without hesitation, acknowledged that accepting students during this devastating time in their lives is an obvious opportunity to live out our Mission and Vision.

General needs range from hiring new faculty, purchasing supplemental ELL curriculum, classroom supplies, to school supplies for each new student we welcome. Fourteen new students arrived Monday, March 14, 2022!

TeachBeyond, our partner in transformational education, has set up a mini–campaign to help BCA financially, as our annual budget has already been approved. Our school operates solely on generous donations and tuition received.

Bucharest Christian Academy provides quality education from a Biblical worldview as it seeks to prepare students academically, spiritually and emotionally to face challenges inside and outside of the classroom.

Our faculty is excited that they can participate in serving refugee families by doing what they love, teaching.

We ask that before you click to generously give, that you will ask God to multiply our efforts and our influence beyond BCA and thank Him for bringing His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus.

For His Glory,

BCA Board and Director
