Resident Assistant

Resident Assistants at BFA live as an example of submission to Christ. They work together with dorm parents to meet the unique needs of a diverse group of students. They partner with parents to provide responsible care for students. They lead with a grace-based approach, that is relational and emphasizes growth and transformation. We view success as a combination of calm and caring responses to life in the short term with a prayerful and hopeful long term vision for each student. We need Jesus to accomplish this in us and through us. Resident Assistants have a unique opportunity to implement the BFA mission and vision on a daily basis in their dorm.
