At the Oak Centre, we seek to provide resources to help Christians integrate their faith and learning with lives of service. We are acutely aware of the many strident voices that bring division to all levels of society and in public discourse.  We seek to provide positive alternatives rooted in the truths of Christian faith that have been developed and tested for over 2000 years and are embedded in over 2000 years of Jewish history and scripture. Our name and logo derive from Isaiah 61:3: "Instead of a faint spirit, they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord that he may be glorified."  Our prayer and aspiration is that this may be so for the Oak Centre and the organizations we work with.
