Black Forest Academy's Annual Fund: Solar Panels
The 2022 Annual Fund is designated for solar panels! The Solar Panel Project will fund the purchase and installation of a 200KWh solar panel array on the roof of the gym. Effective immediately, these solar panels will generate 65% of BFA Kandern's annual electric usage, saving the school over $43,000 in operating costs every year.
Total cost: $210,000 USD. BFA has saved $100,000 toward this project and is seeking to raise the remaining $110,000 USD by Dec 31, 2022. These numbers break down to roughly 220 panels at $500 USD each. Please consider donating as you are able:
