Education and Experience:
- Minimum High School or GED completion
- Proven administrative experience, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing circumstances in potentially high stress situations.
Professional and Technical Skills:
- Self starter; ability to work independently, as a team player, and from a distance
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, ideally coupled with additional language skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and apply information across departments
- Working knowledge of Office 365 tools for day-to-day business, including Outlook email and calendar, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to think clearly an compartmentalize in times of high stress
- Ability to prioritize RCM issues above other responsibilities in the event of emergencies
- High attention to detail
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Organize RCM team generated documents for easy access
- Maintain RCM team agenda and action points
- Organize documents collected by the RCM team from other organizations
- Document events and decisions in a crisis management log during a crisis
- Assist RCM team as they liaise with leaders and members
- Track members' completion of training
