We are looking for an individual to help students develop and flourish throughout the school year by providing guidance and support to our teachers through collaboration with our administration team.

Through leadership, a principal strives for excellence by guiding, inspiring, and directing all phases of the school’s operations, programs, personnel, and environment in accordance with the direction and policies set forth by the Director and the Administrative Board. The qualified individual must be an evangelical Christian committed to living a Biblical lifestyle. They are expected to demonstrate patience, humility, integrity, and kindness, while performing day-to-day duties. They must be devoted to working prayerfully with other members of administration, faculty, students, and parents, to develop and manage a school, which is thoroughly Christian and academically superb.

All Elementary teaching staff are directly responsible to the Elementary School Principal. The Elementary school includes grades K3-6.
