The English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher teaches English skills to the learners. The ESL Teacher is expected to help the learners by using a variety of ESL teaching techniques to develop all aspects of the English language. The ESL Teacher is expected to design lessons and prepare materials to teach all aspects of the English language, such as grammar, phonics, speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The teacher maintains learners’ progress and develops individualized plans for the learners for short-term and long-term goals.

Qualifications:

• An ESL certificate, preferably TESOL or CELTA 
• A Bachelor's degree in Education or English is preferred
• Proven experience working with young children in a similar role is preferred
• Energetic, Loving, and Flexible 
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
