The Entrepreneurship Education Coordinator will provide oversight to the global development of entrepreneurship education that is transformational. There's a demand for this training in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Curriculum and partnerships are already identified and need coordination.

Education and Experience: 

• Minimum associate degree related to field of study, or equivalent professional career experience. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in entrepreneurship and/or start-up projects and/or fundraising and/or microfinance 
• Proven leadership and administrative experience, with the ability to provide consultative guidance and cultivate available resources to respond to needs
• Proven cross-cultural competence 
• Proven financial literacy 

Professional and Technical Skills: 

• Self-starter: ability to work independently, as a team player, and from a distance
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, ideally coupled with additional language skills
• Working knowledge of Office 365 tools for day-to-day business, including Outlook email and calendar, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop a global team to administer entrepreneurship education programs 
• Develop partnerships with organizations that align with vision and mission of TeachBeyond 
• Champion entrepreneurship education programs across the TeachBeyond network
• Train program leaders 
• Offer consulting services 
• Coordinate with School Services and Higher Education
