ISOC is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head of School to lead the school to the next level of development. The Head of School serves as the administrative and academic director of the school, and will work in close collaboration with the school leadership team as well as the school board. To continue developing a high-quality educational environment, we will be working on solidifying the high-school curriculum and seeking accreditation with ACSI. If you enjoy adventure and challenge, interacting with TCKs, and are passionate about school development, you are the person we need!

Spiritual Qualifications:

• A mature, committed believer, who lives out his/her faith and is actively involved in the local church. 
• Values and beliefs that align with the school’s Statement of Faith.

Professional Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field with teaching qualifications
• Teaching and leadership / administrative experience
• Curriculum development and school accreditation experience preferred
• Exposure to living and working internationally

Minimum commitment of three years
