Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is expected to perform HR duties, such as recruitment and hiring, employee communications, training and professional development, document updating, and other responsibilities involving SIS employees and administrative work. Some of these tasks may involve onboarding, administrative tasks, performance management, recording and reporting, and developing and improving the human resources process/system at SIS.

We invite someone who can be involved in developing the school alongside us. This position will require effective communication skills to both Lao and international staff with the help of Lao managers as needed. 

We are a private, coeducational school serving Kindergarten, Primary, and Lower Secondary students.
