Summary Objectives of this Role:

• Foster interdisciplinary learning, teaching, and instruction according to North American curriculum standards, and the educational needs and abilities of individuals and groups of learners
• Ensure a holistic education program that leads to expected student outcomes and transformed lives, including a wide variety of student and community activities.
• Builds a holistic student support system.
• Supervise proper discipline in the school according to discipline policy.
• Communicate, cooperate, and consult with all stakeholders
• Build knowledge by participating in professional development seminars
• Collaborate with other school staff in providing learners with academic and social support.
• Executes a holistic supervision and feedback process for faculty and staff.
• Create a school-wide learning culture and a culture of belonging and student activities that celebrate diversity.
• Attend staff devotions, weekly professional development, and other professional development days as scheduled

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in education or a related field from an accredited university
• School leadership experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of best practices and legal guidelines, and willingness to adhere to the school’s procedures and policies
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Maintains confidentiality
• Creative, positive, and energetic disposition
• Has a heart for student ministry

Housing, monthly stipend, local insurance and visa assistance will be provided for expatriate teachers.
