Come teach where East meets West! 

We are looking for a professional teacher with significant experience with learning disabilities in general or a dyslexia therapist who will be able to provide individual and small group instruction as well as in-classroom support for students with various learning difficulties mainly in the elementary grades. The teacher will work in close cooperation with classroom teachers and elementary administration to decide and develop support measures as well as monitor student progress. The teacher will also be expected to participate in meetings with parents as needed. 

A minimum of a BA in Special education, or Elementary education with a minor in Special education, or other relevant qualification is required. This is a full-time position with working hours 9:00-3:00 daily, but includes several planning periods. Teachers are also required to attend a weekly staff meeting and occasional school special events.
