We seek a skilled and experienced Communications Manager to join our esteemed team at Grace International School. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the school’s communication strategy, ensuring effective engagement with stakeholders, including parents, students, staff, and the wider community. 

The Senior Manager of Communications, Dhaka Expatriate Services, Ltd. (DexServe) will provide effective overall management and leadership of communications for DexServe and Grace International School.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Professional Standards:
  • To work closely with the CCO and the Principals of the School in active collaboration to see the objectives and purpose of DexServe and the School fulfilled.
  • Lead the Communications team as directed by the CCO, assuring effective internal and external communication processes and content.
  • Regularly collaborate with senior administration and other departments to communicate the mission, vision, and core values of Grace.
  • Perform any other tasks as requested by the CCO. 
• Communications:
  • Coordinate all external school communications to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Oversee the messaging and content of all school branding materials, which includes, but is not limited to: newsletters, videos, social media, websites, press releases, community bulletins, annual reports and any other materials.
  • Collect digital media suitable for public consumption and publication.
  • Manage and preserve the established branding approved by the Board and CEO for Grace and all related entities.
  • Manage all social media accounts and websites owned or operated by Grace.
  • Oversee the department’s data collection and customer relations management database.
  • Coordinate with ICT, HR, and executives to maintain internal GSuite web pages and optimise GSuite platform usage.
  • Develop and maintain policies for branding, photo usage, etc.
  • Develop handouts, fliers, and other publications for public use. 

Work Hours: A flexible approach is required taking into account the level of responsibility of the post and the needs of DexServe and Grace International School
