People Services Administrative Coordinator

The People Services (Human Resources) Administrative Coordinator will provide support to the Performance Management and Evaluation Program by fulfilling administrative tasks related to the program's rollout and ongoing maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 

  • Plan, implement, and track project details
  • Assist with the design and implementation of the performance review templates
  • Assist in the training of managers and employees on how to participate in a 360 review process
  • Maintain and administer the 360-degree review process within the organisation's HRIS (Namely)
  • Assimilate and synthesize data and information for reporting
  • Participate in refining the evaluation process
  • Work with the Succession Planning Coordinator and Member Development to connect employees between the programs and their desired future roles (career pathing and upskilling employees towards their development goals)
  • Assist with other internal processes and procedures as required and approved

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS DESIRED

  • Minimum undergraduate degree in business administration, Human Resources, or relatede field of study; or equivalent professional career experience. 
  •  Administrative, process, and project management experience highly preferred
  • Human Resource experience is preferred
  • Strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solver, with the ability to adapt to changing conditions and shifting priorities
  • Ability to anticipate needs, make recommendations for improvement, work congenially on teams, provide constructive feedback, and encourage colleagues
  • Excellent initiative coupled with the ability to set goals and follow through

This opportunity is a remote and support based position, with a 2-4 year commitment; 20 hours/week. Pay is based on the applicant's own ability to raise funds for their salary; paid via donor or self-support.
