The Director/Principal of a K-8 Campus is responsible for the spiritual, academic, physical, and social welfare of the Academy.
Objectives of this Role:

- Relate the students and staff to God spiritually, mentally, physically, and socially.
- Achieve academic excellence.
- Collaboratively lead and nurture all members of the school staff.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers/staff, and members of the community.
- Establish and promote high standards of excellence and high expectations for all students and staff for academic performance and behavior.
