We are seeking a Chaplain with a desire to inspire and encourage the physical, mental, social, and spiritual development of the students to their greatest potential.

Job Summary:

• As a follower of Jesus, the chaplain must lead in a Gospel-shaped manner and will be expected to exhibit Godly wisdom and compassion. They must be approachable for community members seeking guidance, particularly on matters of faith, doctrine and Christian living. He/she will oversee the Bible Curriculum, Chapel, and the Student Leadership program. 
• While the Secondary Chaplain role is focused on the secondary school, he/she is required to liaise with the Elementary Department to ensure a whole school perspective and spiritual development of children from Grades 1 to 12.

Qualifications:

• Must be a mature Christian with a clear testimony and reputation for integrity in all areas.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Christian education or Biblical studies /Theology from a reputable evangelical college/ university.
• Preferred: 3-5 years experience in Christian Education or similar roles working with youth.
• A clear capacity to engage with contemporary issues whilst being faithful to Biblical teaching.
