We are inviting applicants for School Director to provide overall leadership of our school. This person will provide vision and guidance to achieve excellence in Christian education for our student population and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation of the vision, values, mission and objectives of the school
• Ensure adherence to CCS policies and procedures
• Provide leadership in school operations and administration
• Oversee the annual budget
• Be responsible for building up a unified team of educational professionals through recruitment, support, supervision, and evaluation.
• Select a leadership team whose members can advise the director from their areas of responsibility (elementary, secondary, departments, finances, curriculum, etc.).
• Communicate with families and students as needed in conjunction with elementary and high school supervisors, the academic counselor and the discipline committee
• Communicate with faculty and the community in a professional, Christ-like way that reflects the ethos of the school

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree (major in educational administration preferred)
• Meets administrator certification requirements of ACSI
• Exhibits and practices a professional level of organizational skills, planning, goal setting, assessment, and overall leadership
