Faith International Academy (FIA) exists to prepare students to live for God in His world through a Christ-centered education, thereby allowing families to serve the Lord wherever He places them. 

We are a small school located close to the heart of Davao City, one of the safest cities in the Philippines. The majority of our students are missionary kids, and some of them come from buisiness families. Our students hail from at least 10 different nations. We have a handful of national students due to our recently started scholarship program for Filipinos in Christian ministry. The curriculum and schedule we follow is US based and we are ACSI and WASC accredited. While FIA does not offer salary to the teachers and missionary staff, we do offer several incentives including a number of free lunhces per month, professional development funds, reduced tution for students of staff, as well as reimbursement that can be applied to airfare, utilites, or other travel during school vacations. Currently, we do not have staff housing nor a boarding program, but we are willing to help you find affordable rentals in the area. Overall, the cost of living in the Philippines is quite affordable, internet is relatively reliable, and there is a plethora of imports, making it easy to find most things you might be looking for.

The school community is very close-knit and welcoming. The class sizes are small, so we really get a chance to get to know our students and pour into their lives. The number of teachers is relatively small and many of them are cross-divisional, which helps unify and connect us across the school. The parents are very supportive, encouraging, and thankful to us for the quality education we give their children.
