Athletic Director
FIA is seeking a creative, organized, and energetic athletic director to coordinate our three secondary sports seasons (grades 6-12): men's and women's volleyball, soccer, and basketball.
FIA is a member of ISAC (International Schools Activities Conference), which consists of other similarly-sized international schools in the Philippines. Responsibilities include appointing and managing coaches, scheduling games and tournaments, coordinating referees, ensuring coaches and students comply with school policies, planning summer clinics, coordinating FIA’s participation in and personally attending all three ISAC tournaments, etc. Experience in the Philippines and/or in other international schools is beneficial. Cultural sensitivity is crucial for this role. Flexibility to teach courses, such as Bible or electives, and help with coaching is a benefit.
